Thompson Island Brewing Company announced the return of 1776, a hazy IPA brewed to raise funds for Project Recover’s IPAs for MIAs program.
For each 4-pack of 1776 sold, $2 will be dedicated to supporting Project Recover, an initiative focused on locating and repatriating soldiers missing in action since World War II.
Justin Leahy, Thompson Island head brewer, said, “1776 is a release we look forward to every year, not just because it's such an enjoyable hazy IPA, but it's also a reminder to honor and support those that gave the ultimate sacrifice and their families through programs like Project Recover.”
Crafted with 100% American hops, including Bru-1, Sabro and El Dorado, 1776 delivers vibrant flavors of pineapple, peach and coconut.
Thompson Island is also pouring 1776 on draft in the restaurant.
