Tidemark FCU announces Beth Bell as chief financial officer

Tidemark Federal Credit Union recently announced the appointment of Beth Bell as its new chief financial officer.

A strategic and forward-thinking leader, Bell brings more than 20 years of executive experience in financial management, operations and organizational growth to her new position.

Known for her ability to align financial strategy with big-picture goals, Bell has successfully led cross-functional teams, improved operational performance and driven long-term success throughout her career. Her expertise spans financial analysis, strategic planning, compliance, change management and team development.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Beth to Tidemark,” said Pam Fleuette, president and CEO of Tidemark FCU. “Her leadership style and vision will help us continue building a strong financial future for our members and our organization.”

Bell holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Salisbury University, where she graduated summa cum laude, and she is a senior certified professional through the Society for Human Resource Management. Also a dedicated community leader, she serves as treasurer for the DMV Destroyers and spent nearly a decade supporting youth financial literacy through Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore.
