TKo Hospitality promotes two to area general manager roles
TKo Hospitality Management has promoted Bill Silva and Lorrie Miller to area general manager roles.
Miller will oversee properties in Lewes as well as in the Ocean City, Md, and Baltimore markets, working closely with each property leadership team to drive operational consistency and financial performance. She joined TKo Hospitality in 2025, and brings more than 25 years of hospitality leadership experience, having led teams through complex renovations, brand transitions and operational turnarounds.
In his new role, Silva will oversee properties in the Rehoboth and Dewey Beach markets, providing strategic leadership and operational guidance to ensure continued performance and guest satisfaction. Silva brings more than 35 years of hospitality leadership experience and is widely respected for building strong, people-focused cultures and delivering consistent operational performance and guest satisfaction. Prior to joining TKo Hospitality in 2025, Silva held senior leadership roles with other hospitality management companies, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, financial performance, new hotel openings and team development.
“These promotions reflect the strength of our team and the direction we’re heading as a company,” said Vince DiFonzo, partner and president of TKo Hospitality Management. “We are growing, with several hotels in the pipeline, and we need to continue adding talent to our corporate team to support that growth. Bill and Lorrie bring the experience, leadership presence and operational discipline that will help us scale effectively while continuing to deliver exceptional results for our owners, brands, guests and team members. These changes reflect our commitment to building a strong, well-supported organization that positions TKo Hospitality for continued success.”
