TPW property management adds professionals to growing team

Property management company TPW's Delmarva office has added accredited management staff to its service and management team.

“Adding Angela Howell, Mike Reynolds and Susan Jimenez to our team will directly impact our ability to provide better service to our customers,” says Paul W. Carroccio, CEO of TPW. “We are proud to offer top experts in their fields to add value to our customers.”

Angela Howell is a community manager who began her career in Pennsylvania 17 years ago and has spent eight years in the Delmarva region. Angela’s years of experience in HOA, condominium and apartment management coupled with her continued education in community management has allowed her to secure industry designations as a certified Association Management Specialist.

Susan A. Jiménez, TPW’s new director of business development, founded Guardian Property Management in 2004.  Jiménez has more than 30 years of experience in organization and information technology program management, and has served on numerous boards including community and homeowner sssociations. “Susan has been a longtime friend and partner for TPW,” says Carroccio. “She will be leading our team to new endeavors and ensuring our professional approach when bringing new communities into our Delmarva portfolio.”

Known as “The Hurricane” to his family and friends, Mike Reynolds has an extensive leadership background and prides himself on a work ethic that is methodical and practical.
