A memorial service for John “Jack” M. Vessels Jr., 81, of Milton, who passed away Monday, Jan. 9, 2023, will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 15, at Lewes Presbyterian Church at 133 Kings Hwy., Lewes.
