With video: Van crashes into house at the Glade

Delaware State Police are still investigating a crash that occurred around 11:30 a.m. Feb. 22 in the Glade near Rehoboth Beach. The crash occurred after Evan Zinser, 20, of Rehoboth Beach drove his 2000 Chevy Express van into an attached garage located at 147 Glade Circle West.  The van left the roadway, knocked down several mailboxes, crossed a neighbor's front yard and hit the corner of the house. The residence was unoccupied at the time of the crash and nobody was injured although there was structural damage to the garage, said Cpl. Gary Fournier, state police spokesman. Drug impairment may have been a factor, he said. Rehoboth Beach firefighters responded to the scene.
