Operation SEAs the Day is planning its Warrior Beach Week for Friday to Sunday, Sept. 2 to 11.
Warrior Beach Week provides post-9/11 wounded military veterans and their families a week of rest and relaxation in the Bethany Beach area to enjoy the sun, sand and recognition.
Since 2013, with tremendous community support, Warrior Beach Week has become a highly desirable, life-changing event for veterans and their families.
Despite the past two years’ postponement, all who support Operation SEAs the Day can be proud of the significant positive impact the Bethany community has made on honored guests in past years.
In prior years, the event has hosted over 1,000 individuals, held four weddings and, with the community’s generosity, positively impacted the lives of veteran family guests through the thanks extended by neighbors and businesses.
