I am all for the new shopping center. I am looking forward to shopping in Hobby Lobby, Costco, Dick’s and the other stores. There are not that many good stores here. I do not like driving on Route 1 with all the traffic. I feel we all will benefit from the stores that want to go into this shopping center. We need more stores and less housing communities. They cause just as much traffic as the stores do. I don't like to drive to Dover or Maryland to go to the good stores. Please pass this rezoning to build the shopping center. We need this more than houses. Let them build the houses on the back roads instead.
