Ms. Deanna West of Georgetown and Mr. John West of Millsboro are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Jennifer Lynn West, to Mr. James Brian Weaver, son of Mrs. Kathleen Weaver of Winter Haven, Fla., and the late Ralph Weaver. The couple plan to wed Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012.
