Who thinks Route 9 projects are a good idea?

December 19, 2023

Who thinks that adding 1,485 single-family homes and 1,300 multifamily units along Route 9 is a good idea?

The congestion is already a nightmare. The single-family homes will have at least two cars, and most of the multifamily units will as well. That is adding over 5,000 cars.

And what constitutes affordable housing? Under $400,000 or rents under $2,500 per month?

Greedy developers and crooked politicians will not be satisfied until every square foot of land is filled from Milton to Fenwick Island with no road improvements.
