Thanks to Kim Campbell author of THE PLANTPURE NATION COOKBOOK for this fast, easy and delicious recipe*. This Mom/Grandmom is especially happy that no dairy or added oil were called for to make these extra moist, fudgy brownies--good for me, good for my dear ones, good for the animals and good for MOTHER EARTH!

*We suggest cutting the sugar in half and using reconstituted low fat powdered peanut butter in this otherwise great recipe.
