We want everyone to know how good Plant-Based eating is!—Good for health, good for animals, good for the planet, good for growing kids, good for aging grandparents! And it tastes good, too.

So we invite everyone to celebrate all this goodness with us. While folks all over are singing THE 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS, we’ll be posting 12 PLANT-BASED TREATS throughout the holidays. I hope you enjoy these delicious, satisfying, easy-to-make, no meat, no dairy and no added oil delights! 


 We just recently discovered this luscious easy-to-make dairy-free purple sweet potato pie from the new Forks Over Knives FLAVOR cookbook. We garnished ours with blueberries and toasted hazelnuts. So good!
