THANKSLIVING

We are still basking in the glow of THANKSLIVING, the 4th annual VEGAN FEAST sponsored by VEGREHOBOTH at THE CHILDRENS BEACH HOUSE on Lewes Beach. The absolutely beautiful and delicious dinner, all plant-based with no animal foods, was prepared and donated by local restaurants.The guests were convivial and engaging. The event was elegant, meaningful and fun.

Next comes our family Thanksgiving feast. It, too, will be entirely plant-based, prepared with love and skill by family members, both children and adults, as we have done for the past 5 years when we all started this VEGAN JOURNEY. And once again it will be quite spectacular, luscious and loads of fun; for we have learned how to prepare vegetables, fruit, whole grains and legumes that delight and satisfy.

*Plant-based foods nourish and heal.
*No animal need suffer for anyone to eat well.
