Summer League Results Championship Night

In the elementary division championship game, Olivia Balback scored at 7:24 in the opening quarter to decide the game for the Tides. The Waves continually pressured the Tides but were not able to get the ball into the cage for a tying goal.  Balback ended the summer season as the leading scorer in the division with 18 goals, Brynn Evick followed with a total of 3 goals.

Registration is now open for the fall training program, slated to begin in September.

In the senior division championship game, Jessica Rybicki put the top seeded, Bengals, into the early lead with a strong shot from the top of the scoring circle at 3:02 in the second quarter. The second half was more play back and forth and Hailey Moore was able to break through at 7:21 of the 3rd quarter to even the score. Moore then got the game winner at 7:44 in the 4th quarter before Chloe Wood scored off the pads to put the game out of reach.

In the senior division, the leading scorer was Avery Congleton with 11 goals, followed by Hailey Moore (9), Katelyn Stafford (6), Abby Kane, Amanda Fruman, and Emma Westbrook finished out the top 5 with five goals each.

Best wishes to our college athletes as they head off to their fall semester and all the best to our other athletes as they head to their fall competitions with their high school teams.
