Coldwell Banker Resort Realty names March top producers

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announced the firm’s top producers for the month of March. For the Rehoboth branch, the top listing agent and top selling agent was Skip Faust. The top overall agent was Kathy Newcomb. For the Lewes branch the top listing agent and top overall agent was Debra Waters. The top selling agent was Ruth Sivils.

Skip Faust, a licensed Realtor since 1986, is a Lewes native. He has been recognized as Delaware’s No. 1 agent for the Coldwell Banker Brand annually for 20 years and is a member of the President’s International Elite Circle, ranking him within the top 2 percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. He is actively involved as a coach and mentor with both Lewes Little League and Henlopen Soccer Club.

Newcomb, a licensed Realtor since 1995 and associate broker since 2010, is the senior vice president of Marketing and Client Services for Coldwell Banker Resort Realty. She is also a director for Community Bank Delaware. She was recently named to Coldwell Banker’s International Sterling Society, ranking her among the top 17 percent of all sales associates worldwide.

Debra Waters, licensed since 2005 has been an active Realtor and member of the Women’s Council of Realtors Sussex County Chapter. She is dedicated to bringing buyers and sellers together and has been very successful doing so.

Ruth Sivils, a licensed Realtor since 2003 and associate broker since 2010, is past president and an active member of the Sussex County Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She volunteers her free time with Habitat for Humanity building homes. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Sussex County Association of Realtors.
