Country Life Homes receives 2016 Builder of Integrity Award

Country Life Homes, a second-generation, family-owned business in Milford, has been awarded the 2016 Builder of Integrity Award by the Quality Builders Warranty Corp. This award marks the second consecutive time that Country Life Homes has received this prestigious award.
Every two years, the Builder of Integrity Award is presented to builders that demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service and quality construction. Only select builders demonstrating quality construction and exceptional customer service are eligible to enroll in this program. All members of the QBW program are rigorously screened to ensure their continued dedication to the core values of technical excellence, ethical practices, financial stability, and superior customer service. From that group, only a small number of home builders nationwide are selected to receive the Builder of Integrity Award.
Michael Fannin, president of Country Life Homes, has further demonstrated his commitment to superior customer service by creating the company’s 5-Star Customer Care and Warranty Program that provides one of the most comprehensive warranty and service programs in the business.
The QBW program, an insured warranty program backed by Liberty Mutual, provides a 10-year new home warranty that is fully transferable at resale. Also, owners of QBW-backed homes are eligible for discounts on homeowners insurance because Liberty Mutual recognizes the higher caliber of construction by builders in the QBW Program. Potential auto insurance discounts, also made available through Liberty Mutual, are another advantage offered through the program.
