CrossFit holds ribbon cutting

CrossFit Lewes held  a community-wide health and wellness fair April 9,  featuring CrossFit exercise demonstrations, complimentary CrossFit Kids classes, free health screenings provided by Beebe Medical Center, bike safety and child fingerprinting by the Delaware State Police, and fire safety information featuring a Lewes Fire Department fire truck.

“CrossFit Lewes and its members are a strong community of health-focused individuals, and we are excited to offer everyone in the area a chance to learn how to live healthier," said Meredith Simmons, owner of CrossFit Lewes.

The mission of CrossFit Lewes is to train individuals in all aspects of fitness and increase their overall work capacity. Following the CrossFit Inc. fitness program, designed for universal scalability so that any individual can benefit, CrossFit Lewes provides a high level of personalized training with every workout. The aim is to challenge all of an individual’s physical and mental aspects of fitness.
