Big Fish foundation donates bikes to Boys & Girls Club

As part of its continual effort to make a difference in the community, Big Fish Charitable Foundation donated six beach cruiser bikes to the Boys & Girls Club of Rehoboth Beach.

The club operates in the Epworth United Methodist Church and Preschool on Holland Glade Road. The club provides a safe haven for youth and allows them to meet with friends and be part of a positive peer group before and after school as well as in the summer months.

Foundation members decided to provide the bikes since the Junction and Breakwater Trail is practically in the backyard of the church. Damaris Miller, program director, said the children would be able to use the bikes in the sectioned areas of the back parking lot during recess, as well as on the trail with an adult supervisor.
