The tent was full from the moment the Oktoberfest celebration began Sept. 30.

Lewes kicked off the fall season in style Sept. 30 with an authentic Oktoberfest in Canalfront Park.
The event featured beers, brats and Bavarian attire. Providing the entertainment were the Happy Wanderers, a Milford-based oompah band, as well as several dancers from Bairisch und Steierisch: The Bavarian-Austrian Dance group from Jessup, Md.
