The Cape Henlopen Educational Foundation held its Annual Winter Jam Fundraiser Jan. 19 at the Rusty Rudder. Winter Jam raises funds for educational programs for students in the Cape Henlopen School District, including teacher grants for unbudgeted classroom projects, STEM initiatives, Cape Carousel after-school enrichment activities, performing arts scholarships and anti-bullying programs. The event included food from several local restaurants and music by Love Seed Mama Jump.
