Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate welcomes John Black to its Rehoboth Beach office sales team. He has spent a successful 15 years in the local real estate industry as a full-time sales professional specializing in the resort and beach communities of southern Delaware. Formerly of Ridley Park, Pa., he is a Rehoboth Beach resident who purchased his first home at the age of 24.

He worked in the HVAC industry in service, installation and management roles before starting his real estate career. Black is licensed in Delaware and has experience helping everyone from seasoned investors to first-time homebuyers, as well as homeowners looking for an experienced agent to sell their property.
