Defending champions Jack Lingo Realtor dropped a heartbreaking 7-6 loss to the Maryland Lacrosse Club in the semifinals of the 2011 Ocean City Lacrosse Classic held Aug. 14. The Lingo squad made it to the semis by going undefeated in five contests, including a 9-3 win over Century Engineering from Baltimore.
Forty-eight teams competed in the Elite bracket, consisting of teams formed of players from the top college and pro teams in the country.
