Nassau Valley Vineyards will host a $250 a plate dinner gala Aug. 25 with all proceeds benefiting an endowment set up for "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" recipient Dale Dunning.
The evening will feature a two-hour cocktail hour from 6 to 8 p.m. with VIP tours of the 'Extreme' construction site. Dinner will be prepared by Jay Caputo of Espuma, Hari Cameron of Nage, Leo Medisch of the Back Porch Cafe and Lion Gardner of Blue Moon. Each chef will prepare two appetizers, one entrée and one dessert.
Gov. Jack Markell and stars of the show are expected to be in attendance.
