Ribbon cutting held for Sunrise Real Estate in Rehoboth Beach

The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a ribbon cutting for Sunrise Real Estate in downtown Rehoboth Beach.

Sunrise Real Estate has leased space at 75 Lake Ave., just a few steps off Rehoboth Avenue near Starbucks. The office is a shared space with new home builder Statera Homes.

“It’s a great space, and we’re excited to bring a unique approach to real estate at the beach,” said Deniene Dailey, Realtor, and co-owner of Sunrise Real Estate. “We focus on understanding you and your life, and we try to find the property that fits your life.”

All Sunrise listings are mapped for a 3-D tour available online or at the office. This tour puts the property in front of buyers in a way typical photos and traditional virtual tours cannot. “We can give our clients 3-D showings from our office while the buyer stays close to the beach. Our clients get more showings when potential buyers are close to the beach,” said Deniene Dailey. Actual showings often follow up the 3-D showings. She said many people who casually look at property during a summer vacation come back in the fall and spring to purchase Delaware beach property.

Deniene Dailey focuses on working with buyers. “I love understanding people’s stories and helping them find what fits. It’s so much more than touring and searching the MLS for me,” she said. Dailey said getting to know people is one of the greatest part of working as a Realtor. She also said most people don’t understand that having buyer’s representation in Sussex County doesn’t cost the buyer any money. “The seller typically pays my fee,” she said.

Sunrise is also pleased to have Alexis Knotts on board as a Realtor and part of the team. The Daileys have known Knotts for over a decade, and she started her career in real estate in 2017.
