Delmarva Big Band to return to Milton Theatre Oct. 7

Big band music never fails to fill the room with jazzy tones that make audience members want to get up and dance. Delmarva Big Band will perform at 3 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 7, at the Milton Theatre. With more than 10 years of experience, the band has perfected its sound, and the members have established themselves as some of the peninsula’s most elite professional musicians and educators.
Delmarva Big Band consists of four trumpets, four trombones, five saxophones, and a full rhythm section of piano, bass, guitar and drums. Add a vocalist, and that makes 18 pieces on stage.
