Visan Massage & Bodywork to offer free chair massage Oct. 24, 25, 27

National Massage Therapy Awareness Week is Sunday to Saturday, Oct. 21 to 27.

To help spread the word of the benefit of skillfully applied bodywork and regular self-care, Nickole Visan of Visan Massage & Bodywork will be donating three hours of chair massage and doing a rock tape demo/education at three locations.

Visan will be at Dave Marshall’s Tennis Academy in The Plantations, from 1 to 3 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 24. She will be at Right Balance Pilates, also in The Plantations community, from 9:30 a.m. to noon, Friday, Oct. 26. Visan will be at Gracie Brazilian Jujitsu in Milford during its open house from 9:30 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Oct. 27.

Visan said, “I am super passionate about bringing accessible bodywork to the community.”
