A nor’easter forced the cancellation of the 2018 Sea Witch Parade Oct. 26, but Rehoboth was still abuzz with Halloween-themed activity Oct. 27.

The third and final day of the festival continues Sunday, Oct. 28, and it appears most of the events should go off without a hitch. The National Weather Service is calling for a mostly cloudy day with a high near 61 degrees and an 11 mph westerly wind. Today’s events include the Sea Witch 5K Race/Walk at 9 a.m., Crab Claw Treasure Hunt from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Best Costumed Dog Parade Contest at 1 p.m., and the horse show on the beach by the Maryland Rough Riders at 4 p.m.

For a full listing of events, times, costs and locations go to the Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce website at beach-fun.com.
