Keller Williams Realty has announced the October 2018 top producers for its southeast Sussex County locations.

Shawn Landgraf of the Lewes office won top honors for highest listing volume for individual agent.

Other individual awards for top listings by office: Steve Gilbert of the Bethany Beach office and Cindy Spieczny of the West Fenwick office.

Seaside Seven of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office won for top listing volume for teams. Team members are Ann Baker, Sarah Schifano, Shelby Smith, Tammy Hadder, Anna Meiklejohn, Laurie McFaul and Christina Antonioli.
