The National Association of Realtors announced that Lisa Mathena, Realtor, of Milton has become a Sterling R investor in the Realtors Political Action Committee. The national bipartisan grassroots-based political advocacy organization works to protect the real estate industry and the dream of homeownership for Sussex County residents and others across the country.
Mathena has supported RPAC for the past several years and has been a member of the National Association of Realtors since 1992. With more than 25 years of award-winning real estate experience, Mathena is ranked in the top 1 percent of Realtors nationwide and one of Real Trends’ 1,000 Best Agents in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. The Lisa Mathena Group has been named one of the Best Teams in Delaware for 2016, 2017 and 2018 by Real Trends.
“I support RPAC because doing so is important to my profession,” said Mathena.
Since 1969, RPAC has promoted the election of pro-real estate candidates across the United States. The purpose of RPAC is to elect and support officials who advance the interests of real estate professionals and their home buying, selling and investing clients. RPAC also uses its resources to develop public policies that make it easier for consumers to own homes and build their communities through commercial investment.
Mathena’s investment will be applied to supporting homeownership, commercial real estate transactions and the future of the real estate industry.
