Watercolor, pen and ink class to start April 25

At Rehoboth Art League
April 20, 2019

The process of using pen and ink to make a drawing dates back to 7th and 8th century China. Combining watercolor with pen and ink has also been used by artists and illustrators for years. The looseness of the watercolor contrasts nicely with the hard lines that can be produced by pen and ink.

The Rehoboth Art League will offer Watercolor, Pen and Ink class from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Thursdays, April 25 to May 16. Local artist Edilu Nehrbas will teach students how to combine watercolor painting with pen and ink techniques for unique, exciting effects in their compositions. The cost of the class is $135 for members and $170 for nonmembers.

To register, go to www.rehobothartleague.org or call 302-227-8408, Ext. 112. All classes are held at the Rehoboth Art League, 12 Dodds Lane, Henlopen Acres.
