Luke Jefferson, a student at Howard T. Ennis, aces the target kick at Special Olympics Delaware's annual Sussex County Soccer Skills Competition in Georgetown.
Program coordinator and physical education instructor, Rocky Cain said about 200 students from schools across Sussex County came to Howard T. Ennis to participate in the event.
Cain, who has organized the event for the past 10 years, said athletes completed three events – a speed dribble, a goal kick and the target kick. The all-day, indoor and outdoor event was hosted by Delaware Technical and Community College.
