He is a WWII veteran and longtime gardener. To celebrate this special occasion, Meals on Wheels associates brought him his favorite: coconut cake. Nearly 40 friends, neighbors, and family turned out for the celebration. Milton Volunteer Fire Department added sirens and horns for the celebration.
