Masonic Charities donates $5K to Veterans Trust Fund

Masonic Charities of Delaware has contributed $5,000 to the Friends of Delaware Veterans, the official fundraising organization of the Delaware Veterans Trust Fund.

Charities Board President S. Curtis Cole presented the check July 8 at the Masonic Lodge in Dover. He was accompanied by Fred Roland, past president of the Masonic charity.

“This is the third year the Masons have assisted our veterans in need,” said Dave Skocik, Friends president. The trust fund, established under the Delaware Commission of Veterans Affairs, assists veterans with emergency needs.
