Voting rights advocate celebrates 19th Amendment

Flying the 19th Amendment flag in honor of the 100th anniversary of passage of the amendment giving women the right to vote is Sue Claire Harper, a member of the Sussex County League of Women Voters and a board member of the state league. She holds a can of Centennial Suds, the special-edition Dogfish Head beer brewed for the occasion.
