Edward Bernard Hoff, 87, of Millsboro, passed away at his home Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2020, following a lengthy illness. Ed was born on March 27, 1933, in Owings Mills, Md., where he lived until retiring in 1987 to Delaware. He was preceded in death by parents, John Bernard and Kate Elizabeth Hoff.
He retired from the correctional department of the state of Maryland, and then again from the state of Delaware.
