Vehicles should go first to Goshen church parking lot
October 29, 2020

The Milton Community Food Pantry will distribute food from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday, Nov. 2, at Goshen Hall in Milton. The pantry will continue to use its new protocols. All patrons should first report in cars to the parking lot of Goshen United Methodist Church on the corner of Federal and Mulberry streets in Milton.

Pantry volunteers will inform drivers how the distribution will work at Goshen Hall, two blocks away.

Socially distant food distribution sites such as drive-thru or outdoor food setups make it easy and safe for everyone to find and receive food. To find a local distribution site, call Delaware 211. For the pantry schedule, go to miltonpantry.org.

“It’s more important than ever to stay safe in these times but address your family’s needs. The pantry is also a CFC and United Way charity as well as part of Delaware 211,” said Donna Murawski, president of the Milton Community Food Pantry.

The Milton Community Food Pantry is continuing to take monetary donations by mail to PO Box 84, Milton, DE 19968 or through its website.
