The Lodge at Truitt Homestead hosted its inaugural Summer Solstice on the Terrace White Party June 26, raising funds to benefit CAMP Rehoboth Community Center.
The event featured hors d'oeuvres, open bar, silent auction, 50/50 raffle and live entertainment from 5th Avenue.
The event raised more than $8,200 for CAMP Rehoboth Community Center.
“I am very proud to work at The Lodge, and I am thrilled we had this fundraiser," said Community Relations Director Suzette Chambers. "The Lodge is in the people business. And when someone comes through our front door looking for a community, or better yet a family, nothing should stand in the way of them feeling loved, respected and wanted. This past year taught the world how precious people are, and how each and every individual counts and needs to be seen, protected and valued. I want everyone to know they will find that here with us.”
