Rehoboth Elementary students win bikes, helmets in essay contest

The contest was open to fourth-graders and hosted by School Resource Officer Rob Scisco, who named Sa’Rhian Ayers and Joanne Tsoukalas this year’s winners. Rehoboth Elementary School student winners of an essay contest focusing on bike safety received new bikes and helmets June 26 courtesy of the Rehoboth Beach Police Department.
