Polish-style dinner set Oct. 24

American Legion Unit 28 will host a Polish-style dinner from 4 p.m. until sold out, Monday, Oct. 24, at the post, 31768 Legion Road, Millsboro. Cost of $10 per person includes kielbasa, sauerkraut, two pierogies, bread, coffee and tea.

The event is open to the public. Proceeds benefit the auxiliary’s mission-related programs for veterans, the military and their families.

A cupcake wars event will take place at 2 p.m., Oct. 24.
