Johnson Orthodontics awards gift card to Rehoboth teacher

Dr. Jonathan C. Johnson surprised Rehoboth Elementary School teacher Terri Waddell Nov. 15 with a $200 Visa gift card for her classroom.
Waddell was nominated by student Maggie Bourne, who dropped her name into a fishbowl in Johnson’s office. The contest, which has been running since 2017, is Johnson’s way of thanking teachers for letting him “borrow” their students for orthodontic appointments.
The son of two elementary school teachers, Johnson is committed to supporting local schools and looks forward to surprising another teacher in February.
