Cape to recommend mask-optional policy

Cape Henlopen School District Superintendent Bob Fulton announced at the Feb. 24 board meeting that he plans to recommend the district adopt a mask-optional policy beginning Friday, April 1 in accordance with the governor’s guidance.

Fulton said the recommendation is based on current Covid cases and trends, and that he will bring his recommendation to the board for approval at the Thursday, March 10 meeting.
