Cape board honors Love Creek teacher, substitute

The Cape Henlopen school board recognized Love Creek Elementary physical education teacher Connie Bean and long-term substitute Susan Schatzman for Going the Extra Mile.
Each month, the district recognizes employees at one school building with GEM awards for their outstanding work. Employees receive a certificate and gift card courtesy of Cape Henlopen Educational Foundation.
