Grove Park egg hunt draws kids, dogs

Thousands of eggs scattered throughout Rehoboth play area
April 4, 2023

Nearly 200 kids and 20 dogs excitedly searched for eggs at Grove Park in Rehoboth Beach April 2 during an Easter egg hunt hosted by the Full Sales Team of Northrop Realty and the Silver Lake Group at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp.

Following a wild day of severe weather, families enjoyed a brisk and sunny afternoon complete with a visit from the Easter Bunny, light refreshments and plenty of fun on the park’s playground equipment.

Organizers filled more than 1,500 eggs with candy and dog treats before letting both groups of searchers loose for a frenetic search of the park that was over in just minutes.
