Pres Lee is uniquely qualified for BPW

May 2, 2023

I am writing to remind everyone how important the Lewes Board of Public Works is to our community and to encourage everyone to vote Saturday, May 13. I am very pleased to recommend Pres Lee for your consideration. Many of us in town know Pres well and understand his unique qualifications and his long history of service to our community.

Always the gentleman, Pres frequently acknowledges the strong qualifications of his competitors. However, having the privilege of working with Pres over the last 19 years through his association with Children’s Beach House, I have always been impressed by his resourcefulness, problem solving and uncompromising ethics. He doesn’t shy away from tackling huge problems. He always has the welfare of others in mind. He keeps an eye on the bottom line. He is precisely the kind of person we need on the Board of Public Works, and the community is lucky that he is willing to continue in service to what I fear is all too often a thankless job.

The Board of Public Works needs all of our support and engagement, and Pres deserves your careful consideration.
