Local property management company rebrands itself

Guardian Property Management announced a name change to its parent company’s name, TPW Management, effective April 1.
“With the addition of nearly 600 homes at the Bayside community to our portfolio of managed properties, and our recent expansion into the Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island and Maryland’s Eastern Shore areas, we are able to provide our industry-leading property management services to all of the Delmarva Region under the TPW philosophy, Go Play. Leave the Work to Us,” said Regional Manager Lincoln Davis.
TPW Management is a resort community association management company that provides services to homeowner associations and homeowners. Clients can expect the same top-notch service provided by staff, as there has been no change in management.
The company employs certified managers with specialties in areas such as financial management, community association governance and capital project management. In addition to the dedicated property managers, TPW has the depth of a maintenance staff with backgrounds in construction to address all maintenance and repairs needed within the home.
The TPW Management’s Delmarva Region office, formerly Guardian Property Management, was founded by Susan Jimenez in 2004. The office is at 17577 Nassau Commons Blvd., Suite 103 in Lewes. For more information, go to tpwmanagement.com.
