Wendell Alfred thanks Lewes community

May 16, 2023

I want to thank the Lewes community and friends for their support in this Board of Public Works election. This election brought out issues that will be of concern to our ratepayers going forward. It was encouraging to see so many citizens attend the candidates forum, and to hear their questions and concerns. I hope that this is the beginning of many more people attending BPW meetings.

I think the citizens have elected candidates who will serve the community and board well.

I extend my best wishes to each of them.
