I am writing to inform the readers of Cape Gazette that if they need group transportation to any major airport, they should call Jolly Trolley Charters. I was going to lead a group of 10 persons on a trip abroad and received very professional and courteous service from them.
However, due to completely unforeseen circumstances, our trip had to be canceled. Any other transportation company would have told me "a contract is a contract." However, due to the war taking place in Israel, our trip there would now not take place. This situation went outside the bounds of normal cancellations. But Jolly Trolley also went outside their normal bounds. They kindly agreed to reimburse our deposit and cancel our reservation. I want the readers to know how much the folks at Jolly Trolley perform their jobs with exceptional service. When we rebook our trip, you know who we are going to call! Thank you, Jolly Trolley!
