Lions place flags to honor veterans at rest in Milton cemetery

Flags placed by Milton Lions line Union Street.
Milton Lions placed a sign alongside the cemetery to indicate the flags “Honor our veterans, celebrating the heroes that served our country.”
Milton Lions Club recently placed more than 150 flags in the Milton Cemetery on Union Street.
Set to remain in place through Saturday, Nov. 18, the flags were sponsored by family and friends to honor deceased loved ones who served in the U.S. military.
