Harvey asks for support in Milton

February 27, 2024

I have been a resident of Milton for all my 69 years, having attended local schools and graduated from Cape Henlopen High School. Over my 22 years of service at Milton Middle School (now Milton Elementary School) and as a lifetime member of the Milton Fire Department, I have remained deeply involved in our community. Since 2022, I have had the honor of serving on Milton Town Council.

Milton is not just where I live; it is my home, and I take immense pride in being part of this vibrant community. My wife and I have raised our three children here, all of whom have attended H.O. Brittingham Elementary and Milton Middle.

Through the years, I have seen Milton undergo significant changes, from periods of prosperity to times of hardship. I remember when our downtown business district struggled, but now it flourishes. While we face challenges ahead, I keep an optimistic outlook, believing that with careful planning and foresight, Milton’s future will only grow brighter. We honor our town’s rich history while actively shaping its future.

As we approach the final days of the 2024 Milton Town Council election, I humbly ask for your support Saturday, March 2. Together, let us continue building a better Milton for generations to come.

Frederick Harvey
