Dogfish Head hosts annual 302 Day
Despite rain and mud that had most of the crowd going for their raincoats and waterproof boots, Dogfish Head’s annual 302 Day in Milton March 2 still drew a lively crowd.
A partnership with local brand 302 Horseshoe Crab, 302 Day is a celebration of all things Delaware and a kickoff to spring. The event featured merch from 302 Horseshoe Crab, live music, local vendors, food trucks, the auctioning off of a low-digit surf-fishing tag and the release of Dogfish Head’s 302 Lager, a crisp lager that uses Sauvignon Blanc grapes to give it a wine-type flavor.
Ryan Mavity covers Milton and the court system. He is married to Rachel Swick Mavity and has two kids, Alex and Jane.
